Order Policies

Prices are F.O.B. Federal Way, WA and are
subject to change without notice.

Hot climates may require special shipping and
handling including styrofoam lining inside boxes, gel ice and
2nd Day or 3 Day Air shipping.

Camera-ready artwork may be mailed via U.S.
Mail. .tif, .gif, or .jpeg or .bmp format files for custom logo
orders may be
emailed
. Maximum logo size 1" X 1 1/2".

All orders are paid by Credit Card at time of
shipment. Credit terms may be arranged. Ask for a credit
application.

Case counts may vary plus or minus 3%.

Orders will be shipped 2 to 3 weeks from receipt
of written approval.

Rush orders (less than 2 weeks) add 15%.

Cancellations, Returns and Refund Policy
Signature's does not accept cancellations on
custom orders once an order is placed.
Privacy Policy
Customer information is gathered for the purpose of
communication with customers, fulfilling customer orders, and
for internal marketing purposes. Under no circumstances will we
sell or give any personal information collected to marketers,
publishers or any other outside source with the exception of
parties that are directly involved with the sale or delivery of
our products.
Tracking software is used to analyze traffic to this web site.
This software does not create individual profiles for visitors.
Unlike some tracking services this tracking does not have a
database of individual profiles for each visitor. It only
collects aggregate data.
